I was too busy. I found myself making excuses, running two businesses, writing, and traveling across country for work and family, and all the while my fitness and health goals I’d always had as a top priority started to go by the wayside, and it showed in my energy, the way I looked, and in my health. Any lifestyle change is a work in progress. It’s the most important investment you can make in your life. I’m still busy, but I’ve found a way to manage my health and wellness through effective home workouts, weekly runs in nature, a great program for foods that have helped teach me correct times to eat, and a easy way to plan meals, and more important drinking lots more water than I ever have before, therefore the energy has returned. I still enjoy the outdoor activities and the occasional gym workout which is helping me become the best “me” again, and look and feel good from the “inside out.” !!
